Ordering through variousstorenl.com is very simple and done in 5 steps.  

The transmission of both your name and address information and the payment are made via a secure SSL connection, and are therefore protected at all times!

Shipping costs vary by country. We have weighed each item. The total weight and the country to which the items have to be shipped together determine the price. 

The shipping costs may be subject to an additional charge. If you order several items, which fit together in one box with a total weight of less than 31.5 kg. we will refund you the excess shipping costs. 

If you only see the option "on request" under shipping costs, this means that your package is either larger than the maximum dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm. or it is heavier than 31.5 kg. It is also possible that your country is not included in the shipping table. You can request a quotation. As long as your request is pending, the item will be temporarily reserved for you. 

Shipping via the various carriers 

The shipment of your item(s) is via various carriers. Variousstorenl.nl cooperates with DHL, DPD, PostNL, Fedex, GLS and more. Per country the rates for the different carriers can vary greatly. In the mail you receive from us with your track & trace code, you can see via which carrier your package will be sent.

Your order is usually processed within 24 hours to 48 hours on working days. If this is not possible, you will receive a personal message. Orders placed on Saturday after 13:00 will be processed on Monday. 

It is also possible to pick up your order personally at our location. When you have placed your order, you can simply choose "pick up". We will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup date and time. This avoids you coming at a time when we can not receive you.
